  You cant make an engine based on 4 pictures or I think u are talking about blueprints coz there are a lot many. internal parts and lot many hidden parts which make up the assembly. I hope the complete tutorial on making an engine by Aykut Dana will help you to some extent. Have a look at it i the tutorials area.
