  here is the tutorial:
  governor

  1. Step 1

     left click on "Save As... (menu item)"

     

  2. Step 2

     "Save as type: (combo box)" in "Save As"

     

  3. Step 3

     left click on "STL (*.stl) (list item)"

     

  4. Step 4

     left click on "Option (Push botton)"

     

  5. Step 5

     left double click on "Save all components of an assembly in a single file (check box)" in "Export Options"

     

  6. Step 6

     left click on "OK"

     

  7. Step 7

     left click on "Save (push button)" in "Save As"

     

  8. Step 8

     left click on "Yes (push button)" in "SolidWorks"

     solidworks 2012
     But the version is not important. make sure to do step 2 and step 3.
     If you still get no results, I think the solidworks is not installed correctly on your system.

     For some reason I don't get the "options" button showing.
     What version of SW is this tutorial in reference to?
