  I am not sure what you mean by flexible cable as no IPT can be made flexible as they are all solid body. However you can make a small part of a cable within the IPT and then take that IPT into an IAM and just start to join the IPT's to make a cable. If this is not what you have in mind can you upload an image and then from there I shall be able to help you with your problem.
