  Follow the steps below...

  1. Step 1

     Using front plane to sketch a circle, 200mm in Dia. and extrude it according the setting as shown...

     

  2. Step 2

     Sketch a circle on the front plane that snap with the inner circle of the tube (same Dia. with inner circle).....and exit sketch~

     

  3. Step 3

     Click on the "Helix and Spiral" under the Curves command, and select the circle that you had sketched just now.....Next, follow the setting bellow, and OK with it~

     

  4. Step 4

     Sketch a point on front plane as a reference...and follow the next step~

     

  5. Step 5

     ...sketch as the pic. shown

     

  6. Step 6

     Click on Swept-cut, and follow the setting bellow...

     

  7. Step 7

     Next click on the "Axis" under Reference Geo. command....and follow the setting as shown...

     

  8. Step 8

     Click on Circular Pattern and follow the setting....

     

  9. Step 9

     Finally....Walla!

     @John Sahov: i been upload the part of this making...but it having some problem in d/l, and i cant figure it out why? i try to upload another but the problem still exist....so vry sorry~
