how to model a propeller blade

how to find the aerofoil points for modeling a propeller blade

I didn't understand your question.
But if you are looking to draw the airfoil on CATIA, search for "airfoil XFLR5 to SolidWorks" on youtube. There are many easy ways to do that and I think it's quite simmilar to CATIA.

Hi...please send me the airfoil details you used to design the blade..

Hi SRP:
What kind and how "real" do you want to model your propeller?
The profile is not constant along the blade. Its thicker at the root and thinner, at the tips. Propeller pitch also changes, being maximun at the root and minimum at the tips. The maximum thickness line is a curve and at the same time, the plan projection changes as well.
Those changes are due to hydro-Aerodynamic performance and mechanical strenght improvement.
There is not a single profile where you could build a real propeller from.

Kind regards
