Tutorial
Step 1
Create new plane (plane1), choose right plane as first reference and offset=500mm
Step 2
Sketch a elips with width=60mm and height=20mm on right plane like picture below (sketch1)
Step 3
Sketch a point on plane1, and make this coincident with the origin point (sketch2)
Step 4
Create loft from sketch1 and skect2 (Loft1)
Step 5
Create flex from loft 1 (Flex1), choose twisting, checklist hard edge, angle=45 degrees, and trim plane1 distance=50mm
Step 6
Create circle with diameter=130mm on top plane like picture below (sketch3),
Step 7
Create boss-extrude the sketch3 like picture below (boss-extrude1), choose mid plane direction with depth=40mm
Step 8
Create cir-pattern loft1 (cir-pattern1), checklist the equal spacing, spacing=360 degrees, and instances=3.
Step 9
Create dome with depth=40mm like picture below
Step 10

Your tutorial is not detailed. Some things are missing (Dimension for the second sketch), also when you used the flex feature you forgot to mention what flex feature you used (twisting) and what is the angle of the twist. The dimensions of the extruded circle are missing. These are just some details that you should have in mind when doing a tutorial. It is important for somebody who is just learning the software.
Good one Abre ;) But as already Branko said this tutorial need to be more detailed. You have here a nice concept and show a good and unusual command (Loft command). Regards
No problem, also write something about the loft feature. The shape of the lofted elements is not straight, meaning, you were using the guide curves or you were changing the value of the vector.
You may try to use a real airfoils for this and avoid to use a flex command.
Thanks for your suggestion. But I just made a tutorial based on existing models in GrabCAD library.
