  Aqil - follow the step below and your part should be able to rotate in the assembly.

  1. Step 1

     Rotate the part by choosing the Rotate Component from the Move Component drop down menu.

     

  2. Step 2

     You can also rotate the part by right clicking the mouse and choosing Move with Triad.

     

  3. Step 3

     If a (f) appears beside the part name in the history tree it will not rotate because it is Fixed. Right mouse click and choose Float to allow the part to be moved or rotated.

     

  4. Step 4

     If a part still will not move in an assembly make sure there are no mates that are stopping the part from moving.

  Is this the first part being added to a new assembly or are you adding a part to an existing assembly? Are you able to rotate other parts in the assembly? Can you give move details about the problem that you are having?

  subassembly part in your right click select "fix" so "float"

  If your part is fixed or fully constrained by some mates it will not rotate.Just right click the part in feature manager tree and click the float.Now you can rotate your component either by clicking the scroll key in mouse or by "Rotate" option below move option..hope it will work
