  select the path very carefully take reference by keeping cursor on tool and press f1 for help

  In ACAD2008 I had to set loftparam to zero, 0, before it worked.

  Click Loft
  1. chose 2 circle
  2. Right Mouse
  3. Click Guide
  4. Chose circle guide.
