How to make a sphere tangent to a 3D sketch & at the same time ... use the 3D sketch as a path (for the sphere) . THANKS
See attached parts, is that what you're trying to do?

You just have to create a point on the outside of the sphere to use the path mate. You can also copy the 3D sketch, move it by the diameter of the sphere and set up two path mates on either side of the sphere, so that the sphere does not rotate.
Thx rohit ...but i want the sphere to rotate along the path . Could you sent me again the parts as PARASOLID ?
The mates won't be retained in a parasolid model, so it wouldn't do much good to upload. If you put a reference point on each side of the sphere, you can mate one to the path and then create another path with more "pitch" (as in a helical pitch) spaced off by the diameter of the sphere and mated to the second point on the sphere
For what I described the second path would be easiest to create using a sweep and the "twist along path option"
