you can use any version Even Photoshop 10 or 9 can do this. All you are using is the brush tool and the layer styles which all Photoshop versions have. Enjoy guys.

Stunning work my friend,pure art and I loved it!What version of photoshop can you do this with,forgive my ignorance as I know very little when it comes to this software,other than having elememts 9 exe and elements 9 premier exe, pre installed on my laptop which I presume is for sorting your photos out!
