  Tools> add-Ins> solidworks simulation [put a check mark]
  check if this add-ins is available in your solidworks edition.
  after that in simulation tab you should do: (as a brief answer)
  1- study adviser> new study> your desired study
  2- apply material
  3- add your fixture and loads
  4- and now run your model

  Hi if you have Student Design Kit, you don't have simulation.
