  its possible but not recommended. just simulates some simple problem. even solidworks doesn't warranty the results.

  typical trouble problem for CFD, maybe try out a particle code like XFlow

     it reads in CAD models from iges, step, stl, etc, so from generic formats.

  As far as I know, SolidWorks Flow Simulation (the full package not FloXpress) does not cater for moving parts.

  It is possible using Flow simulation . You need to specify the rotating region using rotating volume option. Its present in Initial setting wizard.
