  Here is the tutorial.

  1. Step 1

     Sketch >> Top plane.

     

  2. Step 2

     Draw a circle.

     

  3. Step 3

     Extrude it.

     

  4. Step 4

     Insert>>Warp.

     

  5. Step 5

     Select the cylinder.

     

  6. Step 6

     Click Bend tool.

     

  7. Step 7

     Under references change direction to Top plane.

     

  8. Step 8

     Now input the angle value and press enter.

     

  9. Step 9

     Click OK and the feature is generated.
