  Here is the tutorial

  1. Step 1

     Start Creo in Part mode.

     

  2. Step 2

     Insert>>Blend>>Protusion.

     

  3. Step 3

     Keep the default settings and press done.

     

  4. Step 4

     Now it asks for the plane.

     

  5. Step 5

     Select the top plane and press middle button.

     

  6. Step 6

     Now the sketcher appears.

     

  7. Step 7

     Make a circle or profile.

     

  8. Step 8

     Press and hold the right mouse button and a context menu will appear.

     

  9. Step 9

     Again make a different profile and Again Toggle Section.

     

  10. Step 10

      Again make a profile and Click OK.

      

  11. Step 11

      Now Click Done.

      

  12. Step 12

      Now it asks for the depth of Section2. Keep the default value for now. Same for Section 3.

      

  13. Step 13

      Now you have the blend feature.

  Hey..what U r doing ain't creo..It's proEngineer WF5..My pics are taken while working in CREO.
