  Here is the tutorial.

  1. Step 1

     Front plane>>sketch.

     

  2. Step 2

     Draw a semi-circle.

     

  3. Step 3

     Revolve it by 180º.

     

  4. Step 4

     Again front plane>>Sketch. Draw a semi circle.

     

  5. Step 5

     Revolve it by 180º.

     

  6. Step 6

     Front plane >> Sketch.

     

  7. Step 7

     Draw a polygon.

     

  8. Step 8

     Extrude. From Surface/Face/Plane.

     

  9. Step 9

     Select inner face.

     

  10. Step 10

      Select up to surface.

      

  11. Step 11

      Select outer surface.

      

  12. Step 12

      Hide the surface and we have extrusion.
