    This is tutorial on making crank shaft. The main problem with making such design is with reading the dimensions on the drawing sheet. Well i have solved it for you. In this tutorial we will go through simple extrusion operation to make crank shaft.

    1. Step 1

      Right Plane>>Sketch.

      Medium

    2. Step 2

      Draw a circle of 120mm and 4 holes of 12mm at 42.5mm from origin.

      Medium

    3. Step 3

      Extrude it by 16mm.

    4. Step 4

      Right face>>Sketch.

      Draw a circle of 50mm dia.

      Extrude it by 40mm.
