Tutorial on modeling kunai in SolidWorks.

Here is the tutorial.
1. Step 1
  
  Top plane >> Sketch.
2. Step 2
  
  Draw this profile.
3. Step 3
  
  Exit the sketch and then again Top plane >> Sketch. Draw same profile.
4. Step 4
  
  Front plane >> Sketch.
5. Step 5
  
  Draw this profile. Exit the sketch.
6. Step 6
  
  Again Front plane >> Sketch and this profile. Exit the sketch.
7. Step 7
  
  Now we have four different sketches.
8. Step 8
  
  Click Lofted surface under surfaces tab.
9. Step 9
  
  Select the two sketches. Click OK and the first surface is generated.
10. Step 10
  
  Now generate a lofted surface b/w the edge of the surface and sketch. Use selection manager to form group.
11. Step 11
  
  Again create the 3rd surface with same step.
12. Step 12
  
  Final surface with the edges of surfaces.
13. Step 13
  
  Click Knit surface under surfaces tab.
14. Step 14
  
  Select all surfaces and check Try to form solid and click OK.
15. Step 15
  
  Now we can see that a surface is generated.
16. Step 16
  
  Right plane >> Sketch.
17. Step 17
  
  Draw a circle of 10mm dia.
18. Step 18
  
  Extrude it with outward draft and from the offset plane.
19. Step 19
  
  Front plane >> Sketch.
20. Step 20
  
  Draw a circle on the edge.
21. Step 21
  
  Revolve it about the center line.
22. Step 22
  
  Fillet the edges.
23. Step 23
  
  We have the kunai created.
