  Here is the tutorial.

  1. Step 1

     Sketch >> Top plane.

     

  2. Step 2

     Draw a rectangle.

     

  3. Step 3

     Extrude it.

     

  4. Step 4

     Insert>>Warp.

     

  5. Step 5

     Select the body.

     

  6. Step 6

     Click Sculpt tool.

     

  7. Step 7

     Change direction to Front in References. Transform the body by using the control points about the face.

     

  8. Step 8

     For switching the direction click Switch button.

     

  9. Step 9

     Click OK.

     

  10. Step 10

      We have the feature generated.
