  Here is the tutorial.

  1. Step 1

     Sketch >> Top plane.

     

  2. Step 2

     Draw a semi-circle.

     

  3. Step 3

     Extrude it as surface.

     

  4. Step 4

     Sketch >> Top plane.

     

  5. Step 5

     Change the view from planar using mouse middle button.

     

  6. Step 6

     Right click and hold it. Then select references.

     

  7. Step 7

     Select the end points on top plane as reference.

     

  8. Step 8

     Also select the other point too.

     

  9. Step 9

     Sketch orientation.

     

  10. Step 10

      Spline tool.

      

  11. Step 11

      Draw a spline by using vertex references.

      

  12. Step 12

      Exit the sketch.

      

  13. Step 13

      Insert >> Warp.

      

  14. Step 14

      Select the quilt as the body to deform.

      

  15. Step 15

      Click Spine tool.

      

  16. Step 16

      Select the spline as the chain.

      

  17. Step 17

      Type to warp radially from center.

      

  18. Step 18

      Now deform the quilt using the control points.

      

  19. Step 19

      Click OK and the feature is generated.
