How to model standard SCREW in soldworks
Never cut the the head of the screw by drawing the triangle sketch across the edges for revolve cut. It should only be across the flat faces. Because in real time application When a screw is being fabricated the tool to cut chamfer of head can be placed only outside the part. When we draw that triangle across edges to revolve cut it means that we are placing a tool inside the head before cutting.
That's not standard. Standard screws have an included angle of 60 degrees with a crest of one eighth of the pitch, and a trough of one quarter of the pitch.
