  Dear alireza riazi , just use the VPN or Anti-filter!
  if u use VPN and still have problem just update your flash player to latest version.Good luck Brother!
  and unfortunately your answer is yes dear shelly!
  My country blocking "all connection " and it is a terrible!!!
  because me and other iranian have to use unsafety VPN just to upload files!!

  i have that problem too.just use VPN to upload ur models.
