  If someone has liked your models or voted up your QA answers and then deleted their account, the points they gave you will get deleted also.

  It is because of changing "counting-system". GrabCAD Team is constantly working at the scoring System, so this might happen.

     Have the details of the scoring system on the FAQ page also been updated?
