  You need to change the floor offset.

  1. Step 1

     Go to photoview 360>edit scene

     

  2. Step 2

     The option at the end with the slider called "floor offset" will allow you to move the floor up or down. You'll have to try out a few different offset to get the perfect positioning.

     Rohit Mitra good explanation friend like image is being taught more comment so I know ahce the process so that the image is not under the ground or plane

  I have noticed that in order to change the floor offset it is necessary to set a perspective visualization of the model ( View, Display, Perspective).
  Has anyone noticed the same problem?
