Hello
I've made the advanced part to centimeters
but another is to millimeters !!!
Can I assemble them at the same unit (centimeters)?

Yes

Open the part file
Add configuration to be a scaled version of original part
Scale part
Configure Scale feature to suppress in all other configurations

Insert into assembly and select configuration required
