cad model of my profile image

Fellow GC users, I would like to challenge your creativity and request a cad model (thin extrusion or full 3D!) of my profile image, or something real similar to it. the main point would be to include a skull, DMC or the number 43, and a crown. freedom of creativity and awesomeness granted!
