i know all these , i made a CCPP for my thesis, solar, wind, gas and steam combined, increased efficiency upto 10 % :)

it can be made, but again not without specs!
this is the only structural model i ever made! Main Wing Structure its fully measured and dimensioned,, making structural models take LOTS of time!

I have done a bit of research into to your request, very interesting subject hope fully this model will be of some assistance to you in designing your own CSP Plant in miniature.
Parabolic Trough
Trying to build up a picture of how it works and will slowly build it up to give you a better model to work from. I will upload a further step on that one later today, along with some a few useful programs which I hope will help in your effort to scale your working model, if that is your intention.
