o Sizing Pumps for each application and determining appropriate attachments required. o Creating Pump submittal packages and prepare the drawings (including 2D and 3D drawings) using SolidWorks. o Testing and Design of Pump and other products/components. o Designing Duplex and Triplex booster pumping system and ejector sewage pumping system. o Procuring and analyzing pump fittings to match it to current equivalent systems after reviewing the technical specifications and engineering data sheets. Also executing steps to avoid back flow and maintaining proper NPSH levels. o Communicating and solving client's technical issues relating to Pump, Motor and accessories.

o Developed and altered 3D models of the floats (Fishing Bobbers) in SolidWorks to improve the design by reducing excessive weight, catering to different customer needs. o Tested the model in ANSYS to determine its fracture point, redesigned and increased the strength by 34%. o Implemented a new design method using Injection Molding by creating two hollow pieces (High Density Poly Ethylene, recyclable) and combining them together to create air inside for floatation and reducing overall weight by 23%. Solved DFM/DFA issues simultaneously. o Reduce storage space consumption by 53% (Hollow pieces fitted into each other). o Created and maintained core quality documentation including DFMEA and DVP&R.
