Job Responsibilities: • Design and Development of Opto-Mechatronics Systems. • Coordinating and Maintaining the Hierarchy and thereby Design, Review and Validate the projects of the subordinates. • Supervising the Hierarchy of 8- Engineers belonging from different field of Engineering for making the System Reliable and Robust. • Design and Development of Automated Computer Controlled Opto-Mechanical Systems. • Maintaining Standard Product Catalogue and Developing new Standardized Products. • Design Validation of Complex Opto-Mechatronics System using a. Manual Engineering Method (Like- Engineering Design Computational Method). b. Finite Element Method using Computer Aided Engineering Tool namely ANSYS. • Creating Project's Documentation Reports: a. Preliminary Design Reports. b. ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure). c. DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and its Effect Analysis). d. Bill Of Materials With Detailed Manufacturing Drawings. e. Assembling Drawings with Assembly Procedure. f. Testing Report. g. User Manual. h. Final Project Report. • Design Flow (Block) and wiring Diagrams of Electronic Circuits. • Embedded System Coding using C++, CAN OPEN Builder (Delta Electronics) and Arcus Technology Software. • Design and Test products as per JSS55555 Standard. • Review and Check Quality Reports for advancement in Product Life Cycle.
