I having Industrial Product design Exposure of approximate 3 Year 4 months. I having proficiency in vehicle dynamics and machine design. I have sound knowledge of CAD(PRO ENGINEER, CREO, CATIA, SOLID EDGE, Autocad, NX UNIGRAPHICS, SOLID WORKS), CAE(Ansys) & CAM(NX_UG), which helps to make the projects Engineered Design. I have done many live projects:- 1. Design and fabrication of an All Terrain Vehicle:- It is a Single seated vehicle, which has Independent Suspension System. We had represented this vehicle in BAJA SAE INDIA 2012 & 2013. 2. Design and Manufacturing of an Amphibious Vehicle: It is a prototype of an vehicle which is capable to move land as well as water. 3. Design and Experimental analysis of Concentric Double Pipe Heat Exchanger. 4. Designing of Mirror Polishing Machine:- It is the machine which is capable to grind and polish the 500 diameters optical with the surface accuracy of 0.1 microns. It is used to polish concave, convex &.plane Surfaces. 5. Designing Of an Optical Testing Machine: Currently, I work on that project it having 9 Degree of Freedom. As a Designer, all the plan of action fully depends on client's requirements.
