Managing the installation of Commercial kitchens into food production facilities. Installations for staff restaurants at Universities, Blue Chip clients & airline industry. Surveying existing buildings collate site dimensions, existing services and other data. Record site dimensions and services into drawings for external consultants costing. Negotiating with clients and other external Contractors/Airport Authorities. Publishing service manuals and handover documentation. Prepare and issue contractors with all required documents, to complete the installations.

Responsible for the setting up and running of design and development department. Translating designers concepts into manufacturable drawings for external contractors. Managing and visiting overseas manufacturers to control product quality. Working with Directors to implement cost effective production methods. Offer continual support and product development to all production staff. Produce technical manuals, for contractors to build products. 316 Stainless Steel product development.
Sub-contract draughtsman using Solidworks 3D and Auto-CAD LT software. Creating 3D models and visual presentations. Setting out 2D drawings and renderings CNC component nesting. Reverse engineering. Site surveys in UK and Europe. Materials covered: Glass, Plastics, Acrylics, Metals, Stone and Timber. Industries serviced: Joinery, Shopfitting, Office, Hotel, Domestic property and Yacht Interiors.
