• Design & Drafting of Part Design and Product design and fixtures using Unigraphics NX 10 and Auto CAD • To design small injection mould parts • Responsible for Design Conceptualization to Final Production Drawing Release • Reviewing customer input • Modeling, Detailing and BOM preparation for Assembly & its parts • Quality checking with customer checklist and taking approval from the customer • Responsible for Day to day deliverables & Quality of the Projects • Design of cost effective Fabrication of new carriers and fixtures as per the client’s requirements • We analyze the detailed function of the product and economic worthiness once the product is developed

• Reporting to the QC Manager in day to day progress of work. • Checking Quality parameters of steering column. • Analysis for repair in Steering column controls of calibration equipments. To maintain 5S in working area.
