Hello, my name is Eduardo and i am an engineer in training. I graduate with a bachelor of science in Material Science and Engineering from the University of California, Riverside in 2014. After graduation, I worked in a manufacturing company where i became interested in the designing and shaping of materials for real world application, mainly involving CNC machines. I came across Soildwork during my senior year in college and during my enrollment at NTMA in 2016. I am currently pursuing an A.S in Drafting Technology in Norco College 2017-2019. My personal goal is to be more proficient at using soildwork and hopefully get certify in the process. Feel free to share some tips and advise for future projects.

Proluxe CNC Machinist Traineer/Operator June 2017 -

Set up and Operated Fadal CNC Mills, Fadal VMC 6030, Haas HL-4 CNC lathe, Hyundai Wia 160LMA to manufacture varies parts. While ensuring CNC Machines had proper level of coolant, oil and are properly clean. Loaded designated materiel (Cast aluminium, T6061, Cast Iron, steel cylinders, plastic) into machine for selected operation according to work order and adjusted CNC tools offsets to ensure final part was within tolerance and submitted first article for inspections. Swap out machine tooling/inserts when tooling appear to be wearing out and not producing the desire quality and adjusted tool offset according.

Univeristy of california, Riverside B.S, Material science and Engineering 2010 - 2014

MSE exploits the relationship between the processing, micro-structure and properties of materials for real world application.

NTMA Certificate , CNC Machinist 2016 - 2017

NTMA is a fully accredited program for individuals wanting to learn the basics of machining. NTMA offers a well-developed curriculum that combines classroom instruction and computer lab experience with real world shop floor experience on state-of-the-art equipment.

Norco College A.S, Drafting Technology 2017 - 2019

Drafting technology is a professional discipline that deals with composing drawings that visually communicate how something functions or is constructed. The Drafting Technology program at Norco College introduces students to two-dimensional computer aided design (CAD) programs such as AutoCAD, and 3D-modeling software such as SolidWorks. Students will explore isometric drawings, section views and be introduced to 3D modeling. Careers in drafting technology include: drafting and design engineer, CAD technician, and drafter's assistant.
