Models do not appear in the library and a blank page appears.

Checking whether it is an issue on our side. Is the problem gone after the page refresh?

No, refresh and new also new search doesn't help. Happend with Firefox and also with Opera. In the help area, where I posted first, was another user with the same problem.

I have the issue when using Chrome, but it goes away when I use an Incognito window. Maybe it is a conflict with an ad-blocker or another extension?

When I use Opera all is well...!

Michi, do you use Adblocker of some kind? Could you please disable it temporarily and retry?

This is what my library looks like using Brave. It's been like this all week.

I have the same issue in home office but not in the company. Strange, somehow, in the company are all kind of add blockers enabled.

Mine the same, get a couple of pages and then nothing, also if you put the display to 100 models nothing as well.

Hello everyone, same thing, no image, I thought it was coming from my company's firewalls. Apparently it would be due to a GraCAD update, hoping that they find a solution...

I tested with Firefox... switching off uBlock-origin makes no difference.

Same at my android tablet, but there sometimes it works, sometimes not. - I think it's a prblem of the library, because as you see i'm not the only user with that the problem. ;-)

Same issue here on safari. no projects anywhere

I think Grabcad is totally broken ?

Hi - we apologise for this - we recently made a change to how the models are loaded in order to try to fix some layout problems (models overlapping).

I believe is fix is in the pipeline.

At my computer it works now... also at my Android tablet (both with Firefox)
