I use SolidWork's PhptoView 360.
I find it to be quite intuitive but a bit unruly with complex systems.

Hi, I no longer use soft rendering, I upload my work to Sketch ... and I use its engine.
I use Visualize for my renderings. For post processing I use GIMP

Depending about what kind of work i'm getting done, but most part of the time I would say Keyshot is the best option.
Modeling in AutoCAD. Rendering in Autodesk Cloud. Insertion of background and a bit of motion blur with GIMP.
Due to many positive comments about keyshot here, i decided to give it a try.
This is my first render with it, and it was surprisingly fast and painless. For me, material control feels simpler/better, but i still find environment/light control cumbersome.

Solidworks Visualize is really underrated.
Find all of the models on my page. Thank You, You can even drop requests for renderings of your models.
I‘m using Solidworks for modeling and visualize for rendering. Post processing in GIMP. Have a nice weekend mates.
I usually stick to Fusion 360 rendering, but occasionally I use keyshot.

Unity 3D HDRP Realtime Rendering.
Not a render engine, yet very good results, and in real-time!
You can't import cad, but you can convert the cad into regular 3D file and then import it.
