Can we switch the first imported component from a part to another, fir instance, I want to make a fixed and the first part imported different than the one I imported on the first place !!!!!!! quick example: assembly going to be a computer mouse, I imported the mouse shape part as the first component , then I added the cable and the usb as secondary component, now I want to change the first imported component from the mouse to the usb ( the usb will be the fixed or first component instead of the mouse ) !!! how can I do that please?

just drag it to the location you want in feature manager tree

maybe if you just try to hold the left button of the mouse on the part you wanna put first and drag her from the thid to the first place is an option

you're talking about assembly right? if you're talking inserted part into another part then thats different.

Right click on the first imported part, and select "float". Then mate your usb to the assembly planes. Thats what I usually do.

yes sir, I made the first component floating then I did a mate between the new component and the the origin as Shane mentioned, it worked
