Faster 2D dimmensioning for CNC turning

Dear gentlemen. I need help with speeding up dimensioning in 2D drawings for turned parts as CNC operators needed. Is there a way in SW to make the X and Z points appear in 2D drawings for the appropriate contour points (line beginnings ,ends and radii begins and ends) just like when programming a CNC machine for this part( instead of standard dimensioning by diameters and heights as I show in the screenshots)
In such a way that I would select any point 0,0 (x, z) in the 2D drawing and all the characteristic points for the profile (x, z) along which the tool moves would be shown in relation to this point (marked in blue on screenshot)
I know there is the way to made it up in Hipermill or GibbsCAM but i need it in SW 2018.
Thank you for your time.

If you create your parts carefully and place the dims correctly using "ordinate dimensions" in sketch you can simply import them to your section view in a drawings
Tho I usually advise against using revolve features but if you don't depend heavily on configurations you will be ok
