Developed bus templates in Adobe Illustrator to create exterior paint/decal approval drawings resulting time reduction from 3-4 days to couple hours. (Traditionally paint/decal approval drawings were created using Siemens NX) Liaise with Customer, vendors, production and other engineer departments to ensure buses are manufactures as per customer specifications keeping high quality manufacturing standard Create part modeling, assemblies and installation drawing of bus parts using Siemens NX on daily basis while working as a designer at New Flyer Industries Generate Bill of materials to ensure correct parts and quantity are received to production to build the bus Create Paint/Decal Approval drawings using Adobe Illustrator and Seimens NX on regular basis and get customer approval to ensure buses are being built as per customer requirement Communicate with various engineering departments to gather information to build bus as per customer specifications and requirement Learned Illustrator
