Arrange meeting with the suppliers and discuss the technical and commercial specifications. o Design & Development Responsibilities: o Performed design calculations for Safety valve to improve design and avoid malfunctioning of the safety valve. o Tackled a problem of shaft failure occurred in Vacuum pump. o Performing bag filter calculations as per the requirements of the Customer. o Performed analysis of screw in cement feeding system using different size of the screw at different RPM at the clients site and done performance analysis to develop existing design. o Developed new jig fixture for radial drilling machine.
