Matthew Magliola

I first found CAD as a hobby during my sophomore year in my "Introduction to Engineering Design" class that followed Project Lead The Way curriculum thus I have always used Autodesk Inventor though in my Junior year I learned AutoCAD at the local career center and use it much more than Inventor. I am very interested in complex machines especially machine tools and both steam and combustion engines. My dad is a self-employed scrapper thus I've been taking apart mechanical devices and machines ever since I was in grade school, it would be from this experience that I would gain my affinity for Engineering. This past summer I interned at Manufacturing Technology Inc. working as a makeshift Draftsman. I have taught myself basic machine code and have gained considerable machining experience on both the lathe and milling machine.
