Development & design of new office partition system to meet the customer requirement. Responsible for design of metal pedestal, storages, conference tables, manager tables. Involve in arrangement of partition & other products in layouts according to the requirements. Involve in standardization of all products to accelerate production process. Capable of designing all type of sheet metal components & fabrication work. Involve in designing of plastic caps required in office partitions. Involve in designing of different type of aluminum extrusions as per requirements. Detail design, bill of material for the all types of products required in projects. Product design and assembly verification using Auto Cad & Pro-E Fabricated prototype parts and assembly jigs to understand actual parts conditions. Strategize parts layouts to ensure that all components work together seamlessly. Involve in decreasing the manufacturing cost of products by implementing efficient development process and innovative design option. Involved in providing optimum design at minimum cost in order to be competitive in the market. Preparing and checking GA, Detail, Fabrication drawings etc. Planning of Project & Controlling of Project Working in accordance with General Manager & Project Manager for Scheduling an activities of department in view of teamwork achievement. Managing team of 2 Draftsman + 2 Engineers.

COLLEGE MAJOR PROJECT: Project Title: Hydraulic bicycle. Project Detail: Hydraulic bicycle is the modified form of simple bicycle in which hydraulic system is added in order to improve the performance of bicycle. The rotating paddle system is replaced by reciprocating paddle system. The hydraulic system is based on Pascal law which of state’s that “pressure applied to a confined fluid at any point is transmitted undiminished throughout the fluid in all directions and acts upon every part of the confining vessel at right angles to its interior surfaces and equally upon equal areas.”
