Any suggestions for a better nesting software (GrabCad, Cura, etc.) for the Objet260 Dental Selection?

I have the (dis)pleasure of using the Objet Studio software with the Objet260 Dental Selection printer and would really appreciate any suggestions for a better nesting and management software. I was told 3 years ago that Stratasys and GrabCad were collaborating on this, but it appears that there has been no movement on that project.

I hope that this community may have some ideas/suggestions for improved workflow and management of the machine.
