To try to open a backup copy of the file (bak, sv$), having replaced the .bak expansion or .sv$ for .dwg. Try to open a backup file (.bak, sv$), replacing the extension .bak or .sv$.dwg. The default directory for storage of temporary files can be defined by calling the settings window _.options, Files tab, the branch Temporary Drawing File Location.
Either through the DWG Recovery Kit you can quickly restore your .DWG file . Here the link http://www.all-recovery-inc.com/#!/dwg
