Can anyone suggest books for mechanical and possibly electrical design? For example, a design of an electrical pump providing a given flow rate, the procedure of selecting the motor size, etc. Taking a set of requirements and designing a solution with calculations. Essentially a book of design projects to learn from.
Marks' Standard Handbook for Mechanical Engineers?
I have an older copy from the 60's (I think). I'm not sure what new content has been added in the more recent editions.
I don't think it is a "book of projects", but it does give useful advice on how to specify components, and perform calculations.
I've read 2 or 3 books about the electrical design.
And I can suggest one of them - https://www.amazon.com/Engineering-Design-Electrical-Engineers-Wilcox/dp/0132781360
I've always liked this site: http://www-mdp.eng.cam.ac.uk/web/library/enginfo/textbooks_dvd_only/DAN/index.html
There is a very good book from Roloff/Matek, in the off-chance you speak german or dutch ;-)
Every day I examine your articles. And to me, they've been very useful. I was assisted by the article about theme at-most. I know a website https://custompaperswriter.com/custom-essay-writing-help With answers on question that is interesting.
