Can anyone help to perform fatigue analysis on composite leaf spring?

The aim of the work is to perform a fatigue analysis on a composite leaf spring in ANSYS both structural and composite leaf spring. we are actually having issue on solving the composite model using the fatigue tool. so if anyone could help please reply. The fatigue analysis is to be performed using a reference S-N curve...

Our material to composite leaf spring is GFRP. So please reply if anyone knows about this and could help me out..
