Can anyone tell me how to assemble bolt and nut perfectly?

I have tried to assemble them many times but there is some interference, profile etc every time!

If you mean you have interference between the bolt and nut, that is because they are modeled at thread diameter and the interference is where the two threads mesh together.

If the nut and bolt thread are created to be an exact match to each other regarding shape, angle, pitch etc, during interference checking, check the box to ignore coincident surfaces as interference.

A real nut and bolt do not have the same OD and ID. there has to be some gap between the two or it would be a press fit.

Create the stud or bolt with threads. Create the bolt with threads. The diameter of the nut will need to be larger.. this is normal in real life. Assemble the bolt and nut. Now you can mate the two and have the nut turn on the stud or bolt like you would normally put a nut on it. Motion study.

Now you need to align the threads so you don’t have interference. Then mesh your assembly.. if you are going to do a static analysis and apply a force and restrain the other, then your connection should be bonded and you will have to establish a maximum gap to run the analysis.. I have performed the analysis on a couple of projects.

Some people model the bolt and nut as one part and cut the thread through the nut to get it to mesh. This is not real life application.
