Can I get SOLIDWORKS 2015 Free?
I am still using 2013 version thereby, lacking many useful features. Can someone tell me whether 2015 version or later is available for free?

To me, you're not missing out on much. 2013 is 99% as useful as 2015 or 2018 and later for that matter. The biggest hassle you'll encounter on older versions is not being able to directly open newer version models, which may or may not be a big deal to you. I'm guessing "not" since you're only asking for 2015.
Could find a crack version on the internet, even 2019
No version is free and I don't think they will ever be (officially). You can get the cracked versions though, up to 2019. Just search Google for it, but you do that at you own risk, anyway, I don't know how serious software piracy is taken at that end.
