Can one ask for a .step model for an electrical part here?

I have a need for the IXTH02N450HV TO-247-HV package, position flat, pins bend upwards .

ok hope this is it

Actually no, the one I want is the through-hole 247, but it has a specific pinout. If you visualize a 5-pin 247, this one has only pins 1, 2 and 5 populated. Reason is the high voltage (max 4500V) between pin 2 (S) and pin 5 (D). I need it as a flat part with the pins bend upwards.
Probably can be made by modifying an existing 5-pin TO-247 but I lack the expertise.

Wow! Thanks a bunch, certainly looks like it. If I can be so bold, would it be possible to have a variant where the pins are bend upwards about 1mm after the 'neck', where the narrower part of the pin starts...?

Mike, (I think you are Mike), I checked the pin spacing and the middle pin is a trifle off. The centerline should be 0.1in (2.54mm) from the nearest pin centerline (which is correct). A little nudge needed it looks, about half the pin width.

The upward bend should be 90 degrees.

This is an illustration of how the pins should point upwards, 90 degrees.
