Cv value of the valve

Does anybody know how to find the Cv value and pressure drop off the butterfly valve.

The better way to find these values is to consult manufactures of valves . For example:

The definition of Cv factor is the number of G.P.M. (gallons per minute) that will pass through a valve with a pressure drop of one (1) psi.
pressure drop = (GPM/Cv)^2 * g

g = Specific Gravity of the Fluid
