Generally, no. But there's always that weird tight tolerance part or feature waiting to bite you so it never hurts to ask the supplier early on if they have any concern.
Agree with above answer. I work as an pressbrake operator at the moment. And just to add, on most modern pressbrakes you have the option to compensate for any deviation if you over or underbend by pressing harder. There are to many parameters that can cause spring back so in my own opinion would never use it. But just like the above mention, if unsure ask.
