does fill, heal command in catia generate bad quality surfaces?

in trim i was said not to use fill and heal command. please explain in case yes. thank you

    There is no problem if you are not change deviation tolerances in healing.
    But for fill i have no idea why we not to use.

    "Don't use FILL" is an old advice from V3 and V4. Fill is a good command to use with V5 and V6 (based on better math).

    Healing will deviate the surfaces slightly away from the original boundaries. It's OK to use, but use with caution.
