Geometrical dimensions and tolerance

I did a frame and axle in NX and both of them is stainless steel . I need to put geometrical dimensions and tolerances. I am going to welding this axle to the frame from insid. Can anyone help me with geometrical dimensions and tolerance. What kind of welding I can use for this (symbol of welding and number of tolerance). I attech pic of them.

I would just use some parallel and perpendicular tolerances and some fillet welding. Talk to the person doing the welding.

I agree with cmalco, for example if the frame is movable the axle would have to be toleranced to the axis which the frame pivots on, which in turn would need to again be toleranced back to the drive axis of motor driving it, if there was one. Need more data.

The right question, after showing a brief concept of the complete assembly, is... what are my datum assignments and how do features relate to them, such that the design intent is adequately expressed.

For that, we need to see all the bits and pieces.
